GOALS 2010
Twenty-ten just sounds so much cooler than Two-thousand-and-ten. But then again, that’s just my humble opinion on the matter.
I’m not usually one for New Year’s resolutions but this year I’ve decided to change (albeit two months into the year). This year I’m going to change myself for the better – or at least die trying. This image to the right is a list of my goals, musical and personal, that I would like to accomplish by the end of this year.
I was summoned into action by a post I read by my friend Joy Ike on her blog, Grassrootsy.com. Read her post here: “Ignore Everybody and Just DO“. I find myself to be someone who struggles with gearing into action so I’m hoping these goals will do just that – activate me. I’ll guess we’ll see, eh?
Try it out too! If you have problems kicking your butt in gear, write some goals and stick ‘em on your fridge door! Give it a go! Hey, why not?
Yeah, Ben! Goals and New Year’s Resolutions are really two different beasts. You have more power and focus in written goals than in wishful resolutions. True resolve starts with a goal!
Awesome stuff man. I’ll be looking to buy the EP.
@Sue Amen.
@Ryan Thanks man! Glad to know you have faith in buying it already!
thanks for the kind words, my friend!
Awesome man! You beat me – I have a few ideas, but still working on nailing ‘em down! I’ll be looking forward to the EP as well!
